Meet Fan Account!

New this year, you can manage your order Fan Account. To access Fan Account, login HERE and select ‘Fan Account’ from the left side menu. Here, you can do things like:

  • View order details
  • View payment plan and payment schedule
  • View special offers and upgrades
  • Transfer your order to a friend
  • Resell your order via AXS Resale

Special Offers

Here’s a few offers that are currently available. They may be visible in your Fan Account depending on the pass or package you purchased.

  • Hotel Package purchasers who did not secure After Hours tickets with their order can now access discounted AH tickets via Fan Account.
  • If you’d like to book a table or cabana and already have tickets, Table reservations are now available via Offers without additional tickets bundled. Book your reservation and bring other friends who have their Splash House passes.

Ticket Transfers

For those of you that would like to transfer your tickets to another Splash Mate, you can use the ticket transfer feature inside Fan Account.

  1. Click ‘Transfer’ in the left side menu.
  2. Pick the tickets you’d like to transfer.
  3. Enter in the details of who they want to send tickets to.
  4. Then confirm and send – the new person then gets a link to confirm the transfer on their end.
  5. If the recipient has an AXS account, they’ll receive the tickets right away. Otherwise, they’ll need to create an AXS account to claim the tickets.

A few things to remember:

  1. If you bought a package, it must be transferred in whole. You cannot sell single passes from your hotel package.
  2. The Splash Mate you’re transferring to will need the AXS app to use the tickets.

Waitlist Return Requests

If you have passes or a package you can’t use, you can request to return them to the waitlist for a refund. That way, no one has to worry about scammers online. To send your request in, fill out this form and someone from our Ticket Purchase Support team will get back to you on your request.

Please note that refunds will be subject to approval based on waitlist requests that match your return.
