Our staff is available during hotel programming on Saturday and Sunday, including After Hours at the Palm Springs Air Museum Friday and Saturday. The team will also be posted in the Renaissance Palm Springs Lobby on Monday, June 12 from 9:30a-2p. View items ONLINE ANYTIME on this page or on the Splash House Mobile App.
If you missed us during our hours of operation, and we’ve verified ownership with you, you can select shipping from your confirmation email. Shipping is at the owner's expense.
Items are added to the website as soon as they are turned in to our team. The website has the most up-to-date inventory we have received.
Take found items to any Guest Services location directly. Please DO NOT hand over items to random staff or guards.
Submit a Claim for the item. We’ll ask for additional details to verify ownership if necessary. Once confirmed, you’ll receive an email to pick up your item or have it shipped!
We encourage you to submit an Alert. If an item similar to yours is turned in, you’ll get a notification to check the website.
We recommend filing a crime report with the Palm Springs Police Department.
