Losing your stuff? Yeah, that’s a headache nobody needs. If we find your missing treasures, Guest Services will keep them safe and sound. When you find something, turn it into a Guest Services member and let the experts handle the rest!

How It Works

  • Search for your lost item in the section above.
  • Don’t see your item? Fill out a Loss Report. By creating a Loss Report, you’ll get notified when an item in your category gets turned in. So, no need to constantly revisit the Guest Services team all weekend!
  • View this online Lost & Found in the Splash House Mobile App anytime or stop by any Guest Services location for further assistance during festival hours. See Festival Map for locations.
  • See your item? Claim it! Submit a Claim, and our Guest Services team will get back to you as soon as possible with pick-up instructions or mailing options.

  • Where is Lost & Found located?

  • When is it open?

    Our staff is available during music programming on Saturday and Sunday, and at After Hours at the Palm Springs Air Museum Friday and Saturday. The team will also be posted in the Renaissance Palm Springs Lobby the Mondays after (August 11, August 18) from 10:30a-2:30p.   • What if I left the festival? How do I get my stuff back?

    If you missed us during our hours of operation, and we’ve verified ownership with you, you can select shipping from your confirmation email. Shipping is at the owner's expense.

  • How updated is the inventory on Lost & Found?

    Items are added to the website shortly after they are turned in to the team. The website will reflect the most up-to-date inventory we have received.

  • What if I found something at the festival? Where do I turn it in?

    Take found items to any Guest Services location directly. Please DO NOT hand over items to random staff or guards.

  • I see my item! How do I get it back?

    Submit a Claim for it! We’ll ask for additional details to verify ownership if necessary. Once confirmed, you’ll receive an email to pick up your item or have it shipped!

  • What if I don't see my item on the website?

    We encourage you to submit a Loss Report. If an item similar to yours is turned in, you’ll get a notification to check the website.

  • What if I think my item was stolen?

    We recommend filing a crime report with the Palm Springs Police Department.
