General Information

  • Splash House is a 21+ Festival. ID is required for wristband pickup and re-entry to all venues.
  • A Splash House admission wristband includes access to all three host hotel venues on Saturday and Sunday, subject to capacity limits.
  • Hotel programming runs Saturday & Sunday afternoon through sundown.
  • Everyone is subject to search on entry to venues.
  • Re-entry is allowed at all venues, subject to capacity.
  • Lost or misplaced wristbands will not be replaced under any circumstance.
  • Splash House shuttles are complimentary and run between all host venues.
  • The show will take place rain or shine.
  • Lineup and set times are subject to change.
  • We are a cashless event. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Most venues will also accept Apple Pay and Android Pay. Cash payments will not be accepted.
  • Hotel Package purchasers will receive an email prior to arrival with all hotel and check-in details.
  • After Hours is a separately ticketed entry at the Palm Springs Air Museum. All Splash House policies apply.
  • After Hours doors open at 9PM on Friday & 10PM on Saturday; programming runs until 2AM both nights.

There will be weekend parking available at the Convention Center parking lot on Avenida Caballeros next to the Renaissance Hotel. Stay tuned for more information.

  • How do I register for the Splash House presale?

    Codes will be emailed the morning of Tuesday, February 18. If you opted in for SMS (US only), we’ll also text you your code. If you can’t find your code, visit our Registration page to resend or sign up. For further code support, email register@goldenvoice.com.

  • When does the general presale start?

    General presale begins Tuesday, February 18th at 12pm PT.

  • Does registering for the presale guarantee passes?

    A presale registration code does not guarantee availability for passes or hotel packages.

  • I lost my presale code? Where can I find it?

  • I want to upgrade my package or switch weekends. How do I do that?

    Please follow the below instructions after signing into your Tixr account. Please note, if you are on a payment plan your order will have to be paid off in full before upgrading.You will have to wait until the last payment is processed as you cannot pay in full beforehand.

  • I haven’t received my presale code yet, what should I do?

    Good things take time, your confirmation SMS may take up to 2 minutes to receive. Be sure to reply Y to get the latest updates from Splash House. SMS will be delivered to US numbers only, international guests can still register and receive their code via email.

  • Do Splash House Passes and Hotel Packages have a minimum age?

    Each guest must be 21+ in order to attend.

  • How do I pick up my Splash House wristband?

    All wristbands will be available for pickup just before each weekend at our box office location. Each guest needs to pick up their own wristband for ID check.

  • How do I pick up my After Hours wristband?

    If you’re attending only After Hours (i.e. not a Splash House or Combo purchaser) you’ll scan your ticket at the Air Museum entry for admission. No need to go to a box office beforehand. After Hours GA ticket holders will scan their ticket at the gate each night for admission. After Hours VIP ticket holders will receive a wristband at the gate.

  • Can I use the festival passes for any weekend?

    Passes and hotel packages are good only for the weekend you purchased.

  • Can we buy festival passes for all weekends?

    Of course! We salute you.

  • Does a festival wristband or hotel package include After Hours access?

    A Splash House wristband does not include After Hours. You must upgrade to a Combo GA or Combo VIP wristband to also attend After Hours. A Combo Upgrade purchased without an associated Splash House pool pass will not receive a ticket.

  • I missed the Combo After Hours upgrade for my hotel package. How do I add it now?

    If you missed this and would like to add this upgrade to your order, you can reach out to Splash House guest services info@splashhouse.com. Discounted upgrades are available until June 13, 2025.

  • Can I transfer my festival pass to friend?

    To transfer your order to a friend, log into your Tixr account and go to MY EVENTS. From there, select the order that you want to transfer and enter the email address you want to transfer the offer to. Please note, orders with payment plans cannot be transferred unless paid in full. You will have to wait until the last payment is processed as you cannot pay in full beforehand.

  • I purchased a table, daybed or cabana. Where do I get more information?

  • Can someone else pick up my order at the box office/will call?

    No, each guest needs to pick up their own wristband with their government issued ID.

  • I purchased the wrong item or weekend. How can i exchange my order?

  • What are hotel incidentals?

    Incidentals are a pre authorization that will be collected at check in with a credit or debit card. Any unused balance will be automatically refunded after check out if there are no incidental charges.

  • What happens if there are any damages to my room?

    Any damages, excessive cleaning and in-room smoking will be the responsibility of the guest. Please read the Rules & Required reading for more detail.

  • Are there any mandatory fees charged at check in?

    Housekeeping Gratuity Fee is a mandatory fee collected at check in to assist with the cleaning. This is the responsibility of the guest.

  • What’s included in a Hotel Package?

    All hotel packages include a three-night stay (Check In Friday- Check Out Monday) at the Saguaro, Renaissance, Riviera, L3 Oasis, Courtyard, Hyatt, Hotel Zoso, Infusion Beach and Hilton Palm Springs (2 or 3 night stay), Splash House GA pool festival passes for your group and shuttle transportation between the Splash House host venues. There are no shuttle stops at off site hotels. All taxes are included. Please note this is a 21+ event and all Hotel Package guests must be of age to receive a Splash House wristband. Option to upgrade to discounted After Hours GA or VIP passes. Discounted upgrades are available until June 13, 2025.

  • How do I choose a hotel package?

    Over 1,000 rooms are available across our three resorts. These rooms are split up by room type, bed type and view. Browse all available room types here.

  • Do hotel packages include After Hours passes?

    Packages do not include After Hours passes. After Hours passes are sold separately, however discounted After Hours passes are available for package holders via a Combo GA or Combo VIP upgrade. A Combo VIP pass includes VIP admission to After Hours.

    Select one of the two Combo Upgrades as an Add-On at check out once you have carted a hotel package. A combo upgrade is valid for one person; you must add a combo upgrade for each Splash House festival pass in your hotel package you’d like to upgrade to include After Hours access. Discounted upgrades are available until June 13, 2025.

  • Can I upgrade my passes to Combo passes after checking out?

    If you missed this and would like to add this upgrade to your order, you can reach out to Splash House guest services info@splashhouse.com. Discounted upgrades are available until June 13, 2025.

  • Can I request an early check in or check out?

    Early check in/late check out is subject to hotel availability and may cost an additional fee. This cost is the responsibility of the guest. All requests are not guaranteed. Please contact the hotel directly to submit your request. The hotel will have your information on file two weeks prior to check in.

  • Will the hotel hold our bags if our room is not ready?

    Yes, the hotel will be able to store your bags until your room is ready.

  • Can I submit a hotel request?
    Yes, please note all hotel requests are not guaranteed and subject to hotel discretion and room type. Hotel requests will be taken until 1 week prior to arrival.
  • Can I request my room to be next to our friends?

    Please contact Splash House Guest Services info@splashhouse.com to submit a request. Make sure to have both your and your friend’s order numbers to submit the proximity request. Please note, requests are not guaranteed and subject to hotel availability.

  • I called the hotel and they do not have my information on file?

    Do not fret! The hotel will not have your reservation information on file until 2 weeks prior to the event.

  • How do I add names on my hotel reservation?

    Email info@splashhouse.com with your order #, Hotel and the names you would like to add to your reservation.

    The last day to change guest names will be Friday July 18th at 5pm PT. After the cut off date there will be a $50 + fees late name fee.

    We will also be sending out a form to collect guest names for the hotel reservation.

  • How do I transfer my hotel package before the hotel transfer cutoff date?

    To transfer your order to a friend, log into your Tixr account and go to MY EVENTS. From there, select the order that you want to transfer and enter the email address you want to transfer the offer to. Orders with payment plans cannot be transferred unless paid in full. You will have to wait until the last payment is processed as you cannot pay in full beforehand.

    The hotel transfer cut off date is Friday July 18th. After the cutoff date, the hotel reservation will be locked in the purchaser’s name and submitted to the hotel. The GA festival passes will then be loaded into your account.

  • How do I transfer my hotel package after the hotel transfer cut off date?

    If you have to transfer your hotel package or add/change any names to your reservation after the hotel transfer cut off date is Friday July 18th.

    Option 1: If you need to transfer or add/change guest names prior to arrival, you will need to pay a $50 late name change fee per room. Please email our Guest Services team at info@splashhouse.com and we’ll facilitate.

    Option 2: If you need to add/change guest names, any name that we received prior to arrival will be able to update with the hotel front desk staff directly with an ID at no cost. Please note the primary/lead guest cannot be changed with the hotel.

  • When will my festival passes be loaded into my Tixr account?

    All festival passes (Splash House GA; Combo GA or VIP if you added upgrades) will be loaded into your TIXR account after Friday July 18th.

  • Can I add additional nights to my stay?

    We’ll share more information soon on adding additional nights to your stay.

  • Can I upgrade my room?

    At host hotels (Saguaro, Riviera and Renaissance) room upgrades are available pending availability using the Tixr Upgrades tool before arrival. Once onsite, there are no room upgrades. If you are staying at an off site hotel, you can request an upgraded room type during check-in pending hotel availability. Please note, the upgrade cost is the guest responsibility.

  • How do I request an ADA room?

  • How many guests can stay in my room?

    The amount of guests you purchase the package for, is the allowed amount in the room. Hotel occupancy is based on a maximum of two guests per bed, plus one guest for a sleeper sofa. We cannot allow additional persons above the room occupancy in any package.

  • Is WIFI complimentary at the hotel?

    Yes, wifi is complimentary for registered guests.

  • How do I check into the hotel?

    You may check in directly with the hotel when you arrive at the standard check in time. Please be sure to bring your photo ID and credit or debit card to check into the hotel room. This credit or debit card will be used to pay for any incidental charges or damages to the room. This does not need to be the same card used to purchase your package.

  • How can I purchase a hotel package as a gift?

    Once you have purchased a package, you can transfer it to your guest through your TIXR account up until the cutoff date of Friday July 18th.

  • Can I buy multiple rooms?

    We have a (1) ‘per order’ limit for hotel packages for each weekend to make sure everyone has a chance to get a room. You may purchase additional hotel packages with the same customer account once you complete your first order.

  • What happens if the hotel package I want is sold out?

    There will be a waitlist available for all sold out hotel packages. Please read here for more information.

  • Will I receive more informational emails prior to arrival?

    Unless you have opt-ed out of future notifications with us, you will receive an arrival email which contains all important information on how to check in to the hotel, pick up your wristbands and more! Make sure you are opted-in for future updates and communications from us here.

  • What happens if I arrive late to Splash House?

    Your hotel reservation will be intact! Please reach out to Guest Services to let us know of your late arrival and we will make a note on your reservation with the hotel.

  • What if I need to cancel my hotel package and want a refund?

    We do not offer refunds on hotel packages as all sales are final. However, you can transfer your ticket to a friend at no cost until Friday July 18th 5PM PT. After that, there will be a $50 late name change fee. View our Order Management page for more info.

    After Hours Air Museum Parking
    Limited on site parking is available for purchase at the Air Museum. Pull up & park next to the entrance for quick entry and exit. Due to limited spaces available, these parking passes will be offered as 2-day parking passes only. Single day parking is not available.

    • $90 for the weekend
    • One (1) parking pass is required per vehicle
  • Shuttles

    Shuttles run between all of our host hotels and to the Palm Springs Air Museum at night. Free for all those wearing a festival wristband.

    Shuttle Locations:

    • Saguaro – Located on Sunrise Way in front of the hotel (Once disembarked, head toward the street intersection and cut left into the path towards the hotel main entrance)

    • Riviera – Located on Vista Chino on the south of the property

    • Renaissance – Located in the Amdo parking lot on the West side of the hotel just outside main entrance
  • Water Refill Stations

    Make sure you bring your refillable water bottle with you (non-metal, please!) and hydrate often. We will have water refill stations located at each host hotel and at the Palm Springs Air Museum.

  • Code of Conduct

    Splash House is committed to creating a safe experience for our guests, staff, and venues.

    EXPECTATIONS

    • Be respectful of hotel property and staff.
    • No smoking in the room or throughout any hotel property.
    • Clean up your rooms when you leave. All decor must be removed from rooms and walls prior to departure. If any adhesive damages walls or railings, incidental excessive cleaning fees will be incurred.
    • No outside food or beverage is permitted at the pools.
    • Most importantly, be safe, have fun and wear sunscreen!

    ACTIONS THAT WILL GET YOU REMOVED FROM THE FESTIVAL

    Any individual participating in this behavior may be IMMEDIATELY removed from the site and Festival Wristband revoked. No refund will be issued if ejected.

    • When there is no fire or emergency, falsely pulling any fire alarm is strictly prohibited. This offense is subject to an immediate removal and permanent ban from the event and is a misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in jail and/or up to $1,000 in criminal fines.
    • Removing, tampering, or breaking smoke detectors or any fire equipment on property. Smoke machines are prohibited.
    • Do not throw anything off of your balconies.
    • Irresponsible use of alcohol.
    • Public nudity.
    • Possession/use/sale of illegal drugs.
    • Urinating in public (anywhere other than a proper restroom).
    • Fighting or engaging in any action that may harm, endanger, threaten or bring discomfort to anyone.
    • Damage, destruction, vandalism or theft of any property.

    INCIDENTALS

    • Listen to our staff and safety personnel. We are here working for you!

    • Wear whatever makes you feel good and don’t be afraid to dress up.
    • Carry your ID with you at all times. But don’t use it for driving!
    • Leave your phone in your hotel room and see where your feet take you.
    • Drink lots of water and consume alcohol responsibly.
    • No outside food, beverage, glass, or any prohibited items at the pools!

  • Public Safety
    • Crowd management and safety are of utmost importance. We work hand in hand with law enforcement and public safety agencies to help ensure the safety of our events. Because of those very same concerns, we are unable to publicly comment on detailed, specific actions which are taken. Some of the safety measures you will notice upon your arrival such as bag checks and safety screenings.
    • Please note that we will implement searches upon festival entry. Please note the Prohibited Items list, these will be refused by the search staff and must be disposed of or returned to room by patron.
    • If you, or a friend, require medical assistance please locate your nearest medical location or alert a staff member.
    • And remember: if you see something, say something. Flag down any staff member or Public Safety official if you notice something that doesn’t seem quite right.
