GENERAL INFO AND FAQS

General Information

  • Splash House is a 21+ Festival. A valid government-issued ID is required for wristband pickup and re-entry to all venues.
  • A Splash House admission wristband includes access to all three host hotel venues on Saturday and Sunday, subject to capacity limits.
  • Hotel programming runs Saturday & Sunday afternoon through sundown.
  • Everyone is subject to search on entry to venues.
  • Re-entry is allowed at all venues, subject to capacity.
  • Lost or misplaced wristbands will not be replaced under any circumstance.
  • Splash House shuttles are complimentary and run between all host venues.
  • The show will take place rain or shine.
  • Lineup and set times are subject to change.
  • We are a cashless event. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Most venues will also accept Apple Pay and Android Pay. Cash payments will not be accepted.
  • Hotel Package purchasers will receive an email prior to arrival with all hotel and check-in details.
  • After Hours is a separately ticketed entry at the Palm Springs Air Museum. All Splash House policies apply.
  • After Hours doors open at 9PM on Friday & 10PM on Saturday; programming runs until 2AM both nights.

Parking

There will be free weekend parking available at the Convention Center parking lot on Avenida Caballeros next to the Renaissance Hotel. Limited paid parking is also available at the Air Museum — check pass types for details and availability.

  • When is the alumni presale?

    The alumni presale starts Tuesday February 17th at 9am PT.

  • How do I know if I qualify for alumni access?

    Eligibility is determined automatically based on your purchase history. You can confirm your status anytime by logging into your TIXR account and checking Account → Benefits.

  • I Usually Get a Code for Alumni Access - Where Is It?

    Codes will not be needed this year! Alumni Access is now account-based with TIXR, not code-based.

  • What if I don’t see alumni access but think I should qualify?

    First, double-check that you’re logged into the correct TIXR account. If access is still missing, contact Splash House Guest Services and include the email used for your prior purchase

  • How long will my Alumni Access remain valid?

    Alumni Access will be valid until the general presale begins. At that time the ticketing cart will open to the public.

  • If my friend purchased the hotel package for our group, can I receive an Alumni Access code?

    Alumni Access will only unlock the purchasers on file. We also cannot combine accounts if your friends traded the weekend purchases. Be sure to use the same account purchases to qualify for future Alumni Access!

  • When is the general presale?

    The general presale starts Tuesday February 17th at 1pm PT.

  • Do Splash House Passes and Hotel Packages have a minimum age?

    Each guest must be 21+ in order to attend.

  • How do I pick up my Splash House wristband?

    There will be a main box office at the Renaissance open all weekend long for wristband pickup. Hilton and Saguaro will also have an onsite box office for those hotel guests on Friday ONLY.

    More details on wristband pickup will be shared closer to event.

  • Can I use the festival passes for any weekend?

    Passes and hotel packages are good only for the weekend you purchased.

  • Can we buy festival passes for all weekends?

    Of course! We salute you.

  • Does a GA Pool Pass include After Hours access?

    No - you will need to upgrade your passes to a Combo Pass (After Hours GA or After Hours VIP). 

  • Do hotel packages include After Hours access?

    Yes - all host hotel packages are sold with Combo Passes (After Hours GA) with the ability to upgrade to After Hours VIP. Offsite hotel packages come with Splash House GA pool passes with the option to upgrade during check out to Combo Passes (After Hours GA) or After Hours (VIP).

  • How do I upgrade my passes?

  • Can I transfer my festival pass to a friend?

    To transfer your order to a friend, log into your Tixr account Tixr account and go to MY EVENTS. Select the order you want to transfer and enter the recipient’s email address. Orders on a payment plan cannot be transferred until fully paid.

  • I purchased a table, daybed or cabana. Where do I get more information?

    See the Pass Types page for more details or email us at tables@splashhouse.com.

  • Can someone else pick up my order at the box office/will call?

    No, each guest needs to pick up their own wristband with their government issued ID.

  • I purchased the wrong item or weekend. How can i exchange my order?

  • Is parking provided at the hotel?

    Parking is available at the hotels for hotel guests only. Guests are responsible for parking charges.

    Saguaro: Complimentary - Passes are provided to guests
    Hotel Zoso: Complimentary Valet Parking
    Dunes Hotel: Complimentary Self Parking

  • What are hotel incidentals?

    Incidentals are a pre-authorization collected at check-in with your credit or debit card. This covers potential resort charges including parking or any room damages. Any unused amount will be automatically refunded after your stay. The card provided does not need to be the same one used to purchase your hotel package.

  • What happens if there are any damages to my room?

    Any damages, excessive cleaning and in-room smoking will be the responsibility of the guest. Please read the Rules & Required reading for more detail.

  • Are there any mandatory fees charged at check in?

    No, all required taxes and fees including the housekeeping gratuity are included in the hotel package price. Housekeeping gratuity fee is for the host hotels only.

  • What’s included in a Hotel Package?
    • All hotel packages include a 3 night stay (Check In Friday - Check Out Monday).
    • Host hotel packages include Combo (After Hours GA) for admission to both Splash House and After Hours with the ability to upgrade to After Hours VIP during check out.
    • Offsite hotel packages come with Splash House GA pool passes with the option to upgrade during check out to Combo Passes (After Hours GA) or After Hours (VIP).
    • Weekend shuttle transportation between Splash House venues (Note: Offsite hotels do not have shuttle stops.)
    • All hotel taxes and fees, including the required $30 housekeeping gratuity (for host hotels only)
  • How do I choose a hotel package?

    Over 900 rooms are available across our three host resorts. These rooms are split up by room type, bed type and view. Browse all available room types here.

  • Do hotel packages include After Hours passes?

  • If I purchased a host hotel package and want to upgrade to Combo Passes (After Hours VIP), how do I do that?

    If you missed this, login to your Tixr account on tixr.com through mobile or desktop and navigate to Add-Ons. Upgrades apply to all passes in the package.

  • If I purchased an offsite hotel package and want to upgrade to Combo Passes (After Hours GA or VIP), how do I do that?

    If you missed this, login to your Tixr account on tixr.com through mobile or desktop and navigate to Add-Ons. Upgrades apply to all passes in the package.

  • Can I request an early check in or check out?

    Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee, which is the guest’s responsibility. Requests are not guaranteed. Please contact the hotel directly to submit your request. The hotel will have your information on file two weeks prior to check-in.

  • Will the hotel hold our bags if our room is not ready?

    Yes, the hotel will be able to store your bags until your room is ready.

  • Can I submit a hotel request?

    Yes - Please note that all hotel requests are subject to availability, room type, and hotel discretion, and are not guaranteed. Requests will be accepted up to one week prior to arrival.

  • Can I request my room to be next to our friends?

    Please contact Splash House Guest Services at info@splashhouse.com to submit a proximity request. Be sure to include both your order number and your friend’s order number. Requests are not guaranteed and are subject to hotel availability.

  • I called the hotel and they do not have my information on file?

    Do not fret! The hotel will not have your reservation information on file until 1 week prior to the event.

  • How do I add names on my hotel reservation?

    Please email info@splashhouse.com with your order number, hotel, and the names you would like to add to your reservation. The final day to transfer a hotel package or add guest names at no charge is Friday, July 17. After this date, the hotel reservation will be confirmed in the lead guest’s name and festival passes will be loaded into the TIXR account.

    Changes made after Friday, July 17 will incur the following fees:

    • $100 – Transfer hotel package (change lead guest name)
    • $50 – Add or change additional guest names (if they are arriving early)

    A form will be sent out to collect the additional guest names prior to Friday, July 17.

  • When will my festival passes be loaded into my Tixr account?

    All festival passes (Splash House GA; Combo GA or VIP if you added upgrades) will be loaded into your TIXR account after Friday July 17th.

  • Can I add additional nights to my stay?

    Yes, you can book directly with the hotel and reach out to info@splashhouse.com and the hotel will do their best to link the reservations. This is not guaranteed.

  • Can I upgrade my room?

    At host hotels (Saguaro, Hilton and Renaissance) room upgrades are possible pending availability using the Tixr Upgrades tool before arrival. Once onsite, there are no room upgrades. If you are staying at an off site hotel, you can request an upgraded room type during check-in pending hotel availability. Please note, the upgrade cost is the guest responsibility.

  • How do I request an ADA room?

  • How many guests can stay in my room?

    The number of passes included in your package determines the number of guests allowed in the room. Hotel occupancy is limited to a maximum of two guests per bed, plus one guest on a sleeper sofa. Additional guests beyond the room’s maximum occupancy is not permitted.

  • Is WIFI complimentary at the hotel?

    Yes, wifi is complimentary for registered guests.

  • How do I check into the hotel?

    You may check in directly with the hotel at the standard check-in time. Please bring a valid photo ID and a credit or debit card, which will be used for incidentals or any room damages. This does not need to be the same card used to purchase your package.

  • How can I purchase a hotel package as a gift?

    Once you have purchased a package, you can transfer it to your guest through your TIXR account up until the cutoff date of Friday July 17th.

    After this date, the hotel reservation will be confirmed in the lead guest’s name and festival passes will be loaded into the TIXR account.
    Changes made after Friday, July 17 will incur the following fees:
    $100 – Transfer hotel package (change lead guest name)
    $50 – Add or change additional guest names (if they are arriving early)

  • Can I buy multiple rooms?

    We have a (1) ‘per order’ limit for hotel packages for each weekend to make sure everyone has a chance to get a room. You may purchase additional hotel packages with the same customer account once you complete your first order.

  • What happens if the hotel package I want is sold out?

    There will be a waitlist available for all sold out hotel packages. Please read here for more information.

  • Will I receive more informational emails prior to arrival?

    Unless you have opted out of notifications, you will receive an arrival email with important details on hotel check-in, wristband pickup, and more. Please ensure you are opted in to receive future updates and communications from us here.

  • What happens if I arrive late to Splash House?

    Your hotel reservation will remain intact. Please contact Guest Services to notify us of your late arrival, and we will note it with the hotel.

  • What if I need to cancel my hotel package and want a refund?

    All hotel package sales are final and non-refundable. You may list your package for resale if it is sold out or transfer your hotel package to a friend. For questions on resale please visit How Do I Sell My Tickets? Page for more details. The final day to resell, transfer a hotel package or add guest names at no charge is Friday, July 17. After this date, the hotel reservation will be confirmed in the lead guest’s name and festival passes will be loaded into the TIXR account.

    • Changes made after Friday, July 17 will incur the following fees:
      • No resale on hotel packages after this date.

  • Splash House Parking

    Parking at the hotel is ONLY for hotel guests and subject to a hotel parking fee. There will be free weekend parking available at the Convention Center parking lot on Avenida Caballeros next to the Renaissance Hotel.

    After Hours Air Museum Parking
    Limited on-site parking is available for purchase at the Air Museum. Pull up and park next to the entrance for quick entry and exit. Parking passes are sold as 2-day passes only; single-day parking is not available.

    • $80 for the weekend
    • One (1) parking pass is required per vehicle
  • Shuttles

    Shuttles run between all of our host hotels and to the Palm Springs Air Museum at night. Free for all those wearing a festival wristband. Specific shuttle stop locations at host hotels will be shared closer to the event.

  • Water Refill Stations

    Make sure you bring your refillable water bottle with you (non-metal, please!) and hydrate often. We will have water refill stations located at each host hotel and at the Palm Springs Air Museum.

  • Code of Conduct

    Splash House is committed to creating a safe experience for our guests, staff, and venues.

    EXPECTATIONS

    • Be respectful of hotel property and staff.
    • No smoking in the room or throughout any hotel property.
    • Clean up your rooms when you leave. All decor must be removed from rooms and walls prior to departure. If any adhesive damages walls or railings, incidental excessive cleaning fees will be incurred.
    • No outside food or beverage is permitted at the pools.
    • Most importantly, be safe, have fun and wear sunscreen!

    ACTIONS THAT WILL GET YOU REMOVED FROM THE FESTIVAL

    Any individual participating in this behavior may be IMMEDIATELY removed from the site and Festival Wristband revoked. No refund will be issued if ejected.

    • When there is no fire or emergency, falsely pulling any fire alarm is strictly prohibited. This offense is subject to an immediate removal and permanent ban from the event and is a misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in jail and/or up to $1,000 in criminal fines.
    • Removing, tampering, or breaking smoke detectors or any fire equipment on property. Smoke machines are prohibited.
    • Do not throw anything off of your balconies.
    • Irresponsible use of alcohol.
    • Public nudity.
    • Possession/use/sale of illegal drugs.
    • Urinating in public (anywhere other than a proper restroom).
    • Fighting or engaging in any action that may harm, endanger, threaten or bring discomfort to anyone.
    • Damage, destruction, vandalism or theft of any property.

    • Listen to our staff and safety personnel. We are here working for you!

    • Wear whatever makes you feel good and don’t be afraid to dress up.
    • Carry your ID with you at all times. But don’t use it for driving!
    • Leave your phone in your hotel room and see where your feet take you.
    • Drink lots of water and consume alcohol responsibly.
    • No outside food, beverage, glass, or any prohibited items at the pools!

  • Public Safety
    • Crowd management and safety are of utmost importance. We work hand in hand with law enforcement and public safety agencies to help ensure the safety of our events. Because of those very same concerns, we are unable to publicly comment on detailed, specific actions which are taken. Some of the safety measures you will notice upon your arrival such as bag checks and safety screenings.
    • Please note that we will implement searches upon festival entry. Please note the Prohibited Items list, these will be refused by the search staff and must be disposed of or returned to room by patron.
    • If you, or a friend, require medical assistance please locate your nearest medical location or alert a staff member.
    • And remember: if you see something, say something. Flag down any staff member or Public Safety official if you notice something that doesn’t seem quite right.
