How to Book & Order Info

Got questions about how to buy or about your current order? We’ve got some helpful pointers below.

Presale Info

  • General presale will take place Thurs, February 8 at 12pm PT. Passes and hotel packages available while supplies last. If any inventory remains, it will be made available during the regular on sale.
  • Alumni Access will have early access beginning Wednesday, February 8 at 9am for Wave 1. Details will be sent to those that qualify to their original purchase email and/or registered phone number. Visit our Alumni Access page for more details.
  • Each weekend of Splash House will have its own ticketing cart.
  • All hotel package inventory for each weekend will be released, however a presale registration code does not guarantee availability for passes or hotel packages.
  • Codes will be emailed ahead of the presale. If you opted in for SMS (US only), we’ll also text you your code. The code will be valid to purchase for either weekend.
  • If you misplace your code for the general presale, visit our Registration form to resend or sign up.
  • Your code will be valid for the presale only.
  • Those with Alumni Access are encouraged to also register for the presale. If you’d like to purchase more packages than the maximum cart limit, you will be able to purchase additional packages or passes when the general presale opens at 12pm on Thurs, February 8.
  • Limit ten (10) festival passes per order (per weekend)

Payment Plans

  • Split your order into equal monthly payments with the Payment Plans.
  • Payment Plans are available for all orders over $100, while supplies last.
  • There is a $14.99 fee to use the payment plan - this will be added to your order at check out.
  • You may pay in full if you do not want to use a payment plan.
  • You must select the payment plan during the checkout process. If you miss this, you’ll be charged in full. There will be no account adjustments.
  • Exact payment amounts may vary by a few cents due to rounding, but the total due will not exceed order total.
  • Automated payments may take up to 72 hours to process.
  • Put 20% down at checkout in February 2024 then divide the remaining balance over 4 equal payments due the 15th of every month through June 2024. 5 payments total.

Missed Payments:

  • If your payment is declined, you will have a 10-day grace period to pay. 
  • If payment is not received by the 10th day after the initial charge is run, your order may be canceled at any time.
  • Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your order and a $100 restocking fee for Hotel Packages and $50 restocking fee for all other ticket types. No exceptions. It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges.

Official Waitlist

  • The waitlist will be available starting Friday, February 9 at 12pm. All items that are sold out will be available for waitlist at a higher price tier.
  • Being waitlisted does not guarantee a pass or package options.
  • If a pass or package becomes available, the waitlist will process in chronological order. If you are next in line, you will be automatically charged in full and receive a new confirmation email for your purchase.
  • The waitlist checkout process will be similar to the general purchase process. You will input billing information and select how long you wish to remain on the waitlist. An initial confirmation email will be provided confirming you have joined the waitlist.
  • You can remove yourself from the waitlist any time by logging into your Tixr account. However, you should be aware that all sales are final if you are charged and receive a waitlist package.
  • Payment plans are not available on waitlist orders.

Our ticketing platform is powered by TIXR. For more information about Tixr and to login to your order head here.

To view or find your order, login to your Tixr account or Tixr App.

To view your order through the Tixr website:

  1. Sign in to your Tixr account.
  2. Hover over your initials on the top right and head to 'My Events'.
  3. Select 'Print Tickets' on your event card to print or download your electronic tickets.

To view your order on the Tixr App:

  1. Log in to the Tixr App using the Tixr account used to purchase.
  2. Head to the ticket icon located at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Select 'Tickets' to view your electronic ticket or save your ticket to your Apple Wallet.

If you lost your confirmation email or need it to be resent, reach out to Tixr with the email used to purchase your order, your Order ID, the last 4-digits of the credit card used on the order.

To transfer your order to a friend, log into your Tixr account and go to MY EVENTS. From there, select the order that you want to transfer and enter the email address you want to transfer the offer to.

Orders with payment plans cannot be transferred unless paid in full.
