How to Book & Order Info

Got questions about how to buy or about your current order? We’ve got some helpful pointers below.

Presale Info

  • Presale will take place Thurs, February 9 at 12pm PT. Passes and hotel packages available while supplies last. If any inventory remains, it will be made available during the regular on sale
  • REGISTER HERE for access. Those with Alumni Access will have priority access beginning Thurs, February 9 at 9am for those with Wave 1 access.
  • Each weekend of Splash House will have its own ticketing cart.
  • All hotel package inventory for each weekend will be released, however a presale registration code does not guarantee availability for passes or hotel packages.
  • Access codes and a link to purchase will be sent via SMS and email the morning of the presale. The code will be valid for all three weekends.
  • If you misplace your code, you can go back to splashhouse.com/register, enter your mobile number and view your unique code.
  • Your code will be valid.
  • Those with Alumni Access are allowed to also register for the presale. If you’d like to purchase more packages than the maximum cart limit, you will be able to purchase additional packages or passes when the presale opens at 12pm on February 9.
  • Limit (10) festival passes per order (per weekend)

Payment Plans

  • Split your order into equal monthly payments with the Payment Plans.
  • Payment Plans are available for all orders over $100, while supplies last.
  • There is a $14.99 fee to use the payment plan - this will be added to your order at check out.
  • You may pay in full if you do not want to use a payment plan.
  • You must select the payment plan during the checkout process. If you miss this, you’ll be charged in full. There will be no account adjustments.
  • Exact payment amounts may vary by a few cents due to rounding, but the total due will not exceed order total.
  • Automated payments may take up to 72 hours to process.

June & Season Pass Payment Plans:

  • For those that purchase before Wednesday, March 1: Put 25% down at checkout on February 2023 then divide the remaining balance over 3 equal payments due the 1st of every month through May 2023. 4 payments total.
  • For those that purchase between Wednesday, March 1 and Friday, March 31: Put 35% down at checkout then divide the remaining balance over 2 additional payments
    • Second payment: 35% due April 1
    • Final payment: 30% due May 1
  • For those that purchase between Saturday, April 1 through Monday, April 10: Put down 50% at checkout. Final balance and payment due May 1.
  • Payment plans for the June weekend will not be available after April 10 and you will need to pay in full at checkout.

August W1 & W2 Payment Plans:

  • For those the purchase before Wednesday, March 1: Put 20% down at checkout in February 2023 then divide the remaining balance over 4 equal payments due the 1st of every month through June 2023. 5 payments total.
  • For those that purchase between Wednesday, March 1 and Friday, March 31: Put 25% down at checkout then divide the remaining balance over 3 additional payments
    • Second payment: 25% due April 1
    • Third payment: 25% due May 1
    • Final payment 25% due June 1
  • For those that purchase between Saturday, April 1 through Sunday, April 30: Put down 35% at checkout.
    • Second payment: 35% due May 1
    • Final Payment: 30% due June 1
  • For those that purchase between Monday, May 1 through May 15: Put down 50% at checkout. Final balance and payment due May 15.

Missed Payments:

  • If your payment is declined, you will have a 10-day grace period to pay. 
  • If payment is not received by the 10th day after the initial charge is run, your order may be canceled at any time.
  • Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your order and a $50 restocking fee. No exceptions. It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges.

Official Waitlist

  • The waitlist is activated on the ticketing cart once a pass or package option sells out. 
  • Being waitlisted does not guarantee, pass or package options.
  • If a pass or package becomes available, the waitlist will process in chronological order. If you are next in line, you will be automatically charged in full and receive a new confirmation email for your purchase.
  • The waitlist checkout process will be similar to the general purchase process. You will input billing information and select how long you wish to remain on the waitlist. An initial confirmation email will be provided confirming you have joined the waitlist.
  • You can remove yourself from the waitlist any time by logging into your Tixr account. However, you should be aware that all sales are final if you are charged and receive a waitlist package.
  • Payment plans are not available on waitlist orders.

ORDER INFO & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

New for 2023! Our ticketing platform is powered by TIXR. For more information about Tixr and to login to your order head here.

To view or find your order, login to your Tixr account, Tixr App, or view the PDF attached to your confirmation email.

To view your order through the Tixr website:

  1. Sign in to your Tixr account.
  2. Hover over your initials on the top right and head to 'My Events'.
  3. Select 'Print Tickets' on your event card to print or download your electronic tickets.

To view your order on the Tixr App:

  1. Log in to the Tixr App using the Tixr account used to purchase.
  2. Head to the ticket icon located at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Select 'Tickets' to view your electronic ticket or save your ticket to your Apple Wallet.

If you lost your confirmation email or need it to be resent, reach out to Tixr with the email used to purchase your order, your Order ID, the last 4-digits of the credit card used on the order.

To transfer your order to a friend, log into your Tixr account and go to MY EVENTS. From there, select the order that you want to transfer and enter the email address you want to transfer the offer to.

Orders with payment plans cannot be transferred unless paid in full. 

GETTING YOUR WRISTBAND & BOX OFFICE INFO

All wristbands will be available for pickup at our box office located at the Palm Springs Convention Center – Oasis Hall. This is the ONLY pickup location for all passes and guests including After Hours GA and VIP. There will be NO pickup at the Air Museum, or any of the other hotels. Parking will be available for wristband pickup. Hours coming soon!

  • Does registering for the presale guarantee passes?

    A presale registration code does not guarantee availability for passes or hotel packages.

  • I lost my code? Where can I find it?

    If you misplace your code, you can go back to splashhouse.com/register, enter your mobile number and view your unique code.

  • I haven’t received my code yet, what should I do?

    Head to splashhouse.com/register, enter your mobile number and view your unique code.

  • Can I use the festival passes for any weekend?

    Passes and hotel packages are good only for the weekend you purchased.

  • What is Alumni Access and how do I know if I’m eligible?

    Returning Splash Mates get an early pass to purchase Splash House! Head to our Alumni Access page for all details.

  • Does a festival pass include After Hours passes?

    After Hours passes must be purchased separately. Hotel packages do NOT include admission to After Hours at the Air Museum, however discounted After Hours passes will be available for Hotel Package purchasers. Select “After Hours” Add-On at check out. You can select this offer via your Fan Account after purchasing your hotel package if you missed it on initial purchase. This offer is available during presale only.
