General Information

  • Splash House is a 21+ Festival. ID is required for wristband pickup and re-entry to all venues.
  • A Splash House admission wristband includes access to all three hotel venues on Saturday and Sunday, subject to capacity limits.
  • Hotel programming runs Saturday & Sunday from noon until sundown.
  • Everyone is subject to search on entry to venues.
  • Re-entry is allowed at all venues, subject to capacity.
  • Splash House shuttles are complimentary and run between all venues.
  • The show will take place rain or shine.
  • Lineup and set times are subject to change.
  • Hotel Package purchasers will receive an email prior to arrival with all hotel and check-in details.
  • After Hours is a separately ticketed entry at the Palm Springs Air Museum. All Splash House policies apply.
  • After Hours programming runs from 9:00PM to 2:00AM on Friday & Saturday nights.

Presale & Purchase Process

  • How do I register for the Splash House presale?

    Sign up with your name, mobile number and email at splashhouse.com/register. Verify your mobile number with a 4-digit SMS verification code. You’ll receive an SMS access code and a link to purchase ahead of the presale.

  • When does the presale start?

    Presale begins Thurs, February 9 at 12pm PT.

  • Does registering for the presale guarantee passes?

    A presale registration code does not guarantee availability for passes or hotel packages.

  • I lost my presale code? Where can I find it?

    If you misplace your code, you can go back to splashhouse.com/register, enter your mobile number and view your unique code.

  • I haven’t received my presale code yet, what should I do?

    Head to splashhouse.com/register, enter your mobile number and view your unique code.

  • Are payment plans available?

  • What is Alumni Access and how do I know if I’m eligible?

Passes & Wristbands

  • Do Splash House Passes and Hotel Packages have a minimum age?

    Each guest must be 21+ in order to attend.

  • How do I pickup my wristband?

    All wristbands will be available for pickup just before each weekend at our box office located at Palm Springs Convention Center – Oasis Hall.

  • Can I use the festival passes for any weekend?

    Passes and hotel packages are good only for the weekend you purchased.

  • Can we buy festival passes for all weekends?

    Of course! We salute you.

  • Does a festival wristband include After Hours access?

    After Hours passes must be purchased separately. Hotel packages also do not include admission to After Hours at the Air Museum, however discounted After Hours passes will be available for Hotel Package purchasers. Select “After Hours” Add-On at check out once you have carted a hotel package.

  • Can I transfer my festival pass with a friend?

    To transfer your order to a friend, log into your Tixr account and go to MY EVENTS. From there, select the order that you want to transfer and enter the email address you want to transfer the offer to.

    • Orders with payment plans cannot be transferred unless paid in full.
  • I only purchased After Hours passes. Can I pick those up at the Palm Springs Air Museum?

    Make sure you head to the box office before heading to the Palm Springs Air Museum to party. There is only one box office location.

  • I purchased a table, daybed or cabana. Where do I get more information?

    See Passes page for more detail, or email us at tables@splashhouse.com.

  • Can someone else pick up my order at the box office/will call?

    No, each guest needs to pick up their own wristband with their government issued ID.

Hotel Packages

  • What’s included in a Hotel Package?

    All hotel packages include a three-night stay (Check In Friday- Check Out Monday) at the Saguaro Palm Springs, Margaritaville Palm Springs, Renaissance Palm Springs or Hilton Palm Springs, Splash House GA passes for your group and shuttle transportation between the Splash House venues. All taxes are included. Please note this is a 21+ event and all Hotel Package guests must be of age to receive a Splash House wristband.

  • How do I choose a hotel package?

    Over 1,000 rooms are available across our three resorts. These rooms are split up by room type, bed type and view. Browse all available room types here.

  • Do packages include after hour passes?

    Packages do not include After Hour passes. After Hours passes are sold separately, however discounted passes are available for package holders. Select “After Hours” Add-On at check out once you have carted a hotel package.

  • What are the Check In and Check Out times?

    Saguaro & Hilton

    • Check In: 4:00 PM
    • Check Out: 12:00 PM

    Margaritaville & Renaissance

    • Check In: 4:00 PM
    • Check Out: 11:00 AM
  • Can I request an early check in or check out?

    Early check in/late check out is subject to hotel availability and may cost an additional fee. This cost is the responsibility of the guest. All requests are not guaranteed. Please contact the hotel directly to submit your request. The hotel will have your information on file two weeks prior to check in.

  • Will the hotel hold our bags if our room is not ready?

    Yes, the hotel will be able to store your bags until your room is ready.

  • Can I request my room to be next to our friends?

    Please contact Splash House Guest Services to submit a request. Make sure to have both your and your friend’s order numbers to submit the proximity request. Please note, requests are not guaranteed and subject to hotel availability.

  • I called the hotel and they do not have my information on file?

    Do not fret! The hotel will not have your reservation information on file until 2 weeks prior to the event.

  • How do I add names on my hotel reservation?

    Feel free to reach out to our guest services team at info@splashhouse.com and respond with your order #, Splash House Weekend, Hotel and the names you would like to add to your reservation. If you want to change/transfer your hotel package, please see the transfer details below.

  • How do I transfer my hotel package?

    To transfer your order to a friend, log into your Tixr account and go to MY EVENTS. From there, select the order that you want to transfer and enter the email address you want to transfer the offer to.

    Orders with payment plans cannot be transferred unless paid in full.

  • Can I add additional nights to my stay?

    If you would like to purchase additional nights, feel free to book directly with the hotel. If you would like to link your reservations, be sure to book the same room type as your package. Once purchased, please reach out to guest services with the package order number, Splash House weekend, hotel and hotel confirmation number, additional night dates and we will do our best to link the reservations. Please note requests are not guaranteed and subject to availability.

  • Can I upgrade my room?

    At the host hotels (Saguaro, Margaritaville and Renaissance) room upgrades are not available. If you are staying at the Hilton, you can request an upgrade during check-in pending hotel availability. Please note, this cost is the guest responsibility.

  • How do I request an ADA room?

    Please refer to our Accessibility page.

  • How many guests can stay in my room?

    The amount of guests you purchase the package for, is the allowed amount in the room. Hotel occupancy is based on a maximum of two guests per bed, plus one guest for a sleeper sofa. We cannot allow additional persons above the room occupancy in any package.

  • Is parking provided at the hotel?

    Yes, parking is available at the hotels for a cost. There is free parking available all weekend at the East Lot. This is adjacent to the Renaissance and no parking pass is required. The East Lot is across the street from the Convention Center Box Office.

    Saguaro

    • Self Parking: Free for 1 car, additional cars are $15 per night plus taxes
    • Valet Parking: N/A

    Margaritaville

    • Self Parking: $12 per car per night plus taxes
    • Valet Parking: $25 per car per night plus taxes

    Renaissance

    • Self Parking: $35 per car per night plus taxes
    • Valet Parking: N/A

    Hilton

    • Self Parking: $30 per car per night plus taxes

  • Is WIFI complimentary at the hotel?

    Yes, wifi is complimentary for registered guests.

  • How do I check into the hotel?

    You may check in directly with the hotel when you arrive at the standard check in time. Please be sure to bring your photo ID and credit or debit card to check into the hotel room. This credit or debit card will be used to pay for any incidental charges or damages to the room. This does not need to be the same card used to purchase your package.

  • What are hotel incidentals?

    Incidentals are a pre authorization that will be collected at check in with a credit or debit card. Any unused balance will be automatically refunded after check out if there are no incidental charges.

    Saguaro & Margaritaville

    • Incidentals: $450 deposit

    Renaissance

    • Incidentals: $150 deposit

    Hilton

    • Incidentals: $75 deposit
  • What happens if there are any damages in the room?

    Any damages, excessive cleaning and in-room smoking will be the responsibility of the guest. More details will be provided in your arrival information email.

  • Are there any mandatory fees charged at check in?

    Housekeeping Gratuity Fee is a mandatory fee collected at check in to assist with the cleaning. This is the responsibility of the guest.

    Saguaro & Hilton

    • No fee. We encourage guests to leave a tip for housekeeping!

    Margaritaville

    • Housekeeping Gratuity Fee: $30 total

    Renaissance

    • Housekeeping Gratuity Fee: $25 total
  • Can I transfer my hotel package to my friend?

    Yes, you may transfer your hotel package to a friend up until the cutoff date of three weeks prior to check-in. After the cutoff date, the hotel reservation will be confirmed under your name and the Splash House festival passes included with your package will be loaded into your TIXR account.

    Hotel Transfer Cutoff Dates:

    August Weekend 2: July 28 at 5pm PT


  • How can I purchase a hotel package as a gift?

    Once you have purchased a package, you can transfer it to your guest through your TIXR account up until the cutoff date of 3 weeks prior.

  • Can I buy multiple rooms?

    We have a (1) ‘per order’ limit for hotel packages to make sure everyone has a chance to get a room. You may purchase additional hotel packages with the same customer account once you complete your first order.

  • Will I receive more informational emails prior to arrival?

    You will receive an arrival email which contains all important information on how to check in to the hotel, pick up your wristbands and more!

  • What happens if I arrive late to Splash House?

    Your hotel reservation will be intact! Please reach out to Guest Services to let us know of your late arrival and we will make a note on your reservation with the hotel.

  • What if I need to cancel my hotel package and want a refund?

    We do not offer refunds on room packages as all sales are final. However, you can transfer your ticket to a friend. View our Order Management page for more info.

  • Shuttles

    Shuttles run between all of our host hotels and to the Palm Springs Air Museum at night. Free for all those wearing a festival wristband.

  • Floaties

    Max inflated floatie size is 4’x4'. Be nice to other people's floaties, they have feelings too.

  • Lockers

    Yes, lockers will be available at each host hotel.

  • Water Refill Stations

    Make sure you bring your refillable water bottle with you (non-metal, please!) and hydrate often. We will have water refill stations located at each host hotel and at the Palm Springs Air Museum.

    • The Golden Rule: Treat our hotels like you would treat your own home. Please do not damage or vandalize these properties!
    • Clean up your room when you leave. Remember that real human beings work here.
    • Hotel employees are our friends. Treat them with respect.
    • Make friends with your neighbors. Many lifelong friendships have been forged here.
    • Real Splash Mates decorate their balconies.
    • No need to move your furniture. The feng shui is just fine as-is.
    • Don’t throw anything off your balcony except waves, winks, and invites to your birthday party.
    • Believe it or not, people need to sleep. Be aware of your music and noise volume.
    • No smoking on property. Breathe in that sweet summer air instead.
  • Pool Rules
    • The Golden Rule: Treat our splash mates like you would treat your best friend. No fighting or being rude!
    • Respect other people’s differences, backgrounds, orientations, and opinions.
    • Listen to our staff and safety personnel. We are here working for you!
    • Smile and say hello to strangers. You never know who's your next best friend.
    • Wear whatever makes you feel good and don’t be afraid to dress up.
    • Carry your ID with you at all times. But don’t use it for driving!
    • Leave your phone in your hotel room and see where your feet take you.
    • Drink lots of water and consume alcohol responsibly.
    • No outside food, beverage, glass, or any prohibited items at the pools!

  • Public Safety
    • Crowd management and safety are of utmost importance. We work hand in hand with law enforcement and public safety agencies to help ensure the safety of our events. Because of those very same concerns, we are unable to publicly comment on detailed, specific actions which are taken. Some of the safety measures you will notice upon your arrival such as bag checks.
    • Please note that we will implement searches upon festival entry. Please note the Prohibited Items list, these will be refused by the search staff and must be disposed of or returned to room by patron.
    • If you, or a friend, require medical assistance please locate your nearest medical tent or alert a staff member.
    • And remember: if you see something, say something. Flag down any staff member or Public Safety official if you notice something that doesn’t seem quite right.
