Got questions about how to buy or about your current order? We’ve got some helpful pointers below.

General On Sale Info

  • General On Sale Info
    • General On Sale will take place Wednesday, July 1 at 11am PT. You must register for access to passes.
    • Codes will be emailed ahead of the On Sale. If you opted in for SMS (US only), we’ll also text you your code. The code will be valid to purchase for either weekend.
    • If you misplace your code for the General On Sale, visit our Registration page to resend or sign up.
    • Your code will be valid for the General On Sale only.
    • Passes and hotel packages available while supplies last.
    • Both weekends of Splash House will be on one ticketing cart. Navigate to your selected weekend of choice and book.
    • If you purchased the incorrect weekend or would like to change or upgrade your ticket or hotel, you can change your order directly on your Tixr account via “Upgrades.” Please note, if you are on a payment plan your order will have to be paid off in full before upgrading.
    • Limit (8) festival passes per order (per weekend)

  • Order Info & Account Management

    Our ticketing platform is powered by Tixr. For more information about Tixr and to login to your account head here.

    To view or find your order, login to your Tixr account, Tixr App, or view the PDF attached to your confirmation email.

    To view your order through the Tixr website:

    1. Sign in to your Tixr account.
    2. Hover over your initials on the top right and head to 'My Events'.
    3. Select 'Print Tickets' on your event card to print or download your electronic tickets.

    To view your order on the Tixr App:

    1. Log in to the Tixr App using the Tixr account used to purchase.
    2. Head to the ticket icon located at the bottom of the screen.
    3. Select 'Tickets' to view your electronic ticket or save your ticket to your Apple Wallet.

    If you lost your confirmation email or need it to be resent, reach out to Tixr with the email used to purchase your order, your Order ID, the last 4-digits of the credit card used on the order.

    To transfer your order to a friend, log into your Tixr account and go to MY EVENTS. From there, select the order that you want to transfer and enter the email address you want to transfer the offer to. Orders with payment plans cannot be transferred unless paid in full.

  • Official Waitlist
    • The waitlist will be available during presale. All items that are sold out will be available for waitlist at a higher price tier.
    • Being waitlisted does not guarantee a pass or hotel package. We strongly encourage purchasing an available hotel package versus waitlist.
    • If a pass or package becomes available, the waitlist will process in chronological order. If you are next in line, you will be automatically charged in full and receive a new confirmation email for your purchase.
    • The waitlist checkout process will be similar to the general purchase process. You will input billing information and select how long you wish to remain on the waitlist. An initial confirmation email will be provided confirming you have joined the waitlist.
    • You can remove yourself from the waitlist any time by logging into your Tixr account. However, you should be aware that all sales are final if you are charged and receive a waitlist package.
    • Payment plans are not available on waitlist orders.

  • Official Resale

    Resale is back. If you can no longer attend, eligible passes and hotel packages may be listed for fan-to-fan resale directly on Tixr.

    Eligibility:
    Items must be sold out to be listed for resale.

    Items purchased as add-ons to a pass or hotel package are not eligible for resale. This includes Hotel Package Combo Pass Upgrades (VIP) and Offsite Hotel Combo Upgrades (GA & VIP).

    Certain items such as Cabanas, Tables, Air Museum Parking, and Clubhouse access are eligible for resale only if they were purchased as standalone cart items. The same items purchased through an add-on flow are not eligible for resale.

    How it works:
    If your order is eligible, you’ll see a “Sell” option in your Tixr Wallet. From there, you can set your price, review potential earnings, and list your item directly on the original event page.

    Important:
    Payouts are sent within 3–5 days after the event ends.

Payment Plans

  • Payment Plan Info

    Split your order into 2 equal payments with the Payment Plan.

    • Payment Plans are available for all orders over $100, while supplies last.
    • There is a $14.99 fee to use the payment plan - this will be added to your order at check out.
    • You may pay in full if you do not want to use a payment plan.
    • You must select the payment plan during the checkout process. If you miss this, you’ll be charged in full. There will be no account adjustments.
    • Exact payment amounts may vary by a few cents due to rounding, but the total due will not exceed order total.
    • Automated payments may take up to 72 hours to process
    • No refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
    • For any order that defaults on their payment plan, all money will be issued as a Splash House Credit. Please note, the funds will expire one year from time of issuance.
  • Payment Schedule
    • 50% due at checkout
    • Final 50% due July 15

    Orders must be placed by July 6 to qualify for the payment plan.

  • Missed Payments
    • If a scheduled payment is declined, you will have a 10-day grace period to complete payment.
    • If payment is not received within 10 days of the original due date, your order may be canceled at any time.
    • Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your order and all money paid issued as a Splash House Credit that can be used towards future Splash House purchases. No exceptions. Credit is good 1 year from issuance.
    • It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges.

    Please note, if you are on a payment plan and would like to upgrade or change your order, your order will have to be paid off in full first.
